Samuel Gawith
Pipe Tobacco Golden Glow Broken Flake
A bright and lively pure Virginia offering from the Kendal factory, Golden Glow (also historically known as Medium Virginia Flake) is a lighter, highly accessible counterpart to Samuel Gawith's darker flake offerings. Crafted exclusively from select flue-cured Golden Virginia leaves, the tobacco is gently hot-pressed to preserve its natural brightness and then partially rubbed out into an easy-handling broken flake format. Completely unflavored and un-cased, it delivers a clean, refreshing, and naturally sweet bowl with a crisp citrus-and-hay character.

Aromas open with fresh sweet hay, bright lemon zest, wild honey, and crisp grain, developing across the palate into toasted biscuits, soft floral notes, subtle cane sugar, and light wood, before concluding with a clean, crisp, and refreshing finish of natural Virginia sweetness.
