Partagas
8 9
The Partagas 8-9-8 is a legendary "Dalia" vitola (6 ¾" x 43) that takes its name from its unique presentation, stacked in three rows of 8, 9, and 8 cigars within a curved, varnished Boîte Nature box. This specific 2020 release represents a sophisticated evolution of the Partagas brand, offering a medium-to-full-bodied profile that prioritises elegance and balance over raw power. Often regarded as one of the most prestigious cigars in the Habanos portfolio, the 8-9-8 is prized for its oily, reddish-brown wrapper and its ability to develop profound complexity with age. By 2020, the blend had moved toward a more refined, "creamy" character, making it a favourite for enthusiasts who appreciate a long, evolving smoke that maintains the brand's classic earthy and spicy DNA without becoming overwhelming.

The Partagas 8-9-8 Varnished from 2020 presents a refined evolution of the classic Partagas profile, leaning into a more "good-mannered" medium-to-full body compared to the powerhouse blends of previous decades. With roughly five years of age, this Dalia-sized vitola (6 3/4" x 43) has transitioned from its initial punchy youth into a smoother, more complex experience.
