First Third: Opens with a vibrant cedar and white pepper zing. There is an immediate "clean" feeling on the palate.
Second Third: The spice mellows into a salted caramel sweetness. Notes of roasted coffee and a hint of dried fruit emerge.
Final Third: The woodiness deepens into a dark oak profile with a lingering nutty finish.
